Shipping-

If Sellers found relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases,charging a nominal delivery charge helps them offset logistics costs. Almost all item
is delivered free of shipping charge if the item selling price is higher than 500. Some items which has cost higher than 500 may also not deliver free of shipping
cost. It depends upon the seller’s policy, type of item, area of delivery, etc.

Fluctuation between ‘Estimated time of delivery’ and ‘Date of delivery’-

It is possible that the Seller or our logistics partners have a holiday between the day youplace your order and the date of delivery. In this case, we add a day to the
estimated date. Some logistics partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.

Sellers generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

  • The Seller offering the product
  • Product's availability with
  • The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the Seller.

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Tomafo. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you
would pay.

Delivery charges are not hidden charges.

Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on

  • Whether the Seller ships to your location
  • Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
  • The availability of reliable courier partners in your location. Availability of CoD depends on the ability of our logistics partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.

Returns-

Conveniently place your return request online if you've received an item in a 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described' state. Login to Tomafo, place a return request: Important:

Please ensure that the product is in unused and in original condition.Include everything from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, and accessories.

To return/replace item you have to submit your request within 10 days. Request made after this period will not considered.

Exceptions:

Except it there are also some exceptions where it is not possible for us to accept a return request:

-Return request is made outside the specified time frame.

-Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.

-Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.

-There are no return available for the products made from textile material. ‘Damaged’ ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’ products only can exchange within the 10 days’ time period. No other return/replacement can accepted from us.

Replacement

If you have received an item in a 'Damaged' or 'Defective' condition, or it is 'Not as Described' by the Seller, you may request a replacement at no extra cost. Return Policy is Seller specific and terms may differ.Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.

Exchange

If you found ‘Defective’, ‘Damaged’ or “Not as Described by the Seller’ in textile material item delivered, you can request an exchange in a different size or colour. All this again, at no extra cost to you. Be sure to check the Seller's Return Policy when buying or before initiating a return for exchange. Exchange is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.

  1. The free gift is included as part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
Once a replacement request is created, we send you an email detailing the pickup process as well as provide details about the replacement.

Pickup Process-

Once you have requested for a replacement, we will schedule the pickup of the originally delivered product. Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.

- We arrange for pickup from most of our customer locations. Please follow the instructions you received by email.

- Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product. Pack the item safely to ensure against damage in transit

-Please note the Return ID and write it on the package, so that we can acknowledge your return.

-Write the Seller’s address on the package as specified in the email message sent to you.

- Keep safe the original receipt for the courier charges you have paid, it will be required to reimburse the shipping charges. Also note down the courier tracking id for any future reference.

 

Refund/replacement will be initiated as soon as Seller receives the product from you.
